Rankings are based on a 10-criterion scoring framework covering: sleep content quality, onboarding experience, user interface design, offline access, pricing transparency, free tier depth, Android/iOS parity, data privacy practices, wearable integration, and update cadence.
Rankings are reviewed and updated quarterly, or sooner following significant app updates or pricing changes.
